I had so much fun making this heart filled macrame wall hanging and filming this video! Doesn’t the colour of this cord make you feel like spring is really here? I know it does for me.

I MESSED UP THE WALL HANGING!

After I completed the wall hanging piece I stood back and looked at my creation. There was something off about it, but I couldn’t put my finger on what exactly it was.

I stared at it for two days before I realized what I had done wrong. And now I can’t even look at this piece! I’m a major perfectionist so whenever something doesn’t look the way I want it to it drives me nuts!

Can you spy where I messed up?

Even though I feel like a total failure, it is still a beautiful piece. The soft pink helps it blend into the room, and gives off a feminine cheery vibe.

It really is quite easy to do if you’ve done some macrame before. I will link the cord I used so that you can try it too!

Here is the same cord I used. Hopefully soon I can make a full tutorial so that there are step by step instructions!
