Happy March! Is anyone else feeling that rush of excitement for spring? For me, spring comes with this desire to acquire more animals, and whether you think that’s a good or a bad thing, I want to talk this month about quail! Quail are a great option for your homestead if you want to add more animals but are short on space and time. They provide eggs and meat, plus additional income if you choose to sell live birds or fertile eggs.
